Use of Logo
The names, trademarks, service marks, and logos of NACE appearing on NACEWeb or NACElink may not be used in any advertising or publicity or otherwise to indicate NACE sponsorship of or affiliation with any product or service without NACE's prior written permission. Permission to use a logo or trademark from Job Choices, Job Outlook, NACEWeb, or NACElink does not diminish or change in any way NACE's exclusive trademark in the logo or name nor shall it be construed as a transfer of NACE's trademark to that organization.
Copyright
All material and information provided on NACEWeb or NACElink unless specifically noted otherwise, is copyrighted material owned by the National Association of Colleges and Employers, 62 Highland Ave., Bethlehem, PA 18017-9085.
Copying and/or downloading, including framing or mirroring, of any of this information for the purpose of distributing it to others is prohibited without the specific written permission of NACE. All other rights are reserved by NACE. Any individual making unauthorized copies or downloading any NACE material will be subject to the penalties as set forth in the federal and state copyright laws.
Linking to the information contained on JobWeb, with written permission, is considered a permissible use of the information. Links to the public areas of NACEWeb are permitted with permission. Links to materials in the password-protected areas of NACEWeb are not allowed. Linking to NACElink is limited to employers, students, and schools only. Third-party recruiters and temporary agenices may not link to NACElink. NACE reserves the right to revoke permission to link to any or all web sites.
