The NACE Awards provide honors and recognition for yourself, your staff, and your organization through acknowledgement at the NACE Conference and in NACE publications.

The awards honor members’ outstanding achievements in the career services and HR/staffing professions in the following categories:

Self-nominations:

The NACE Innovation Excellence Awards: The best college or employer program, or best practice in each of the following categories: diversity, research, marketing and branding, technology, student engagement, and global initiatives.

NACE/Chevron Award: Recognizes outstanding achievement for innovative programs in the college career services field. 

Nominate a person or group:

Visionary Award: Recognizes a NACE member who, through foresight and unlimited effort, helped in the establishment, development, and growth of NACE.

Professional Change-Maker Award: Recognizes an individual or group of members who have made a contribution above and beyond the professional standards of the career planning and/or recruiting profession. 

Nominate an individual:

The Kauffman Award: Acknowledges the accomplishments and contributions of Warren E. Kauffman, who served the association for more than 30 years. The recipient is recognized for making a tangible contribution to NACE that significantly improved the association. 

Academy of Fellows: Recognizes individuals who have contributed to the profession through the advancement of knowledge, leadership, or excellence in professional practice.

NACE/SJG Rising Star Award: Recognize an individual who has demonstrated strong leadership potential and contributions to the career services profession and the NACE organization.  The award is designed to both recognize and further the recipient’s professional development activities.
